Assistant Director of Athletics Earns NIAAA Distinction

By Director of Athletics Bobby Starks
On October 4, 2023, Cynthia Klucznyk earned the title of Registered Middle School Athletic Administrator (RMSAA) through the National Interscholastic Athletics Administrators Association (NIAAA).

Klucznyk completed a series of seven four-hour Leadership Training Institute courses to achieve this distinction. The course topics included the Administration and Application of Middle School Athletic Programs, Legal Issues (Liability for Sports Injuries and Risk Management) and Organizational Management strategies. After completing her course work, Cynthia stated, “With this certification, I will be one step closer to earning my Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA) certificate.  This will help me collaborate with professionals from across the world to find different ways to better serve the Parker community.”

The NIAAA champions the profession of administering athletic programs in our nation’s high schools and middle schools. No other body values, promotes, preserves, supports and stands ready to uplift the cause of the athletic administrator as does the NIAAA. Providing education, leadership and service platforms allows the NIAAA to best help colleagues network, choose from resources, draw from practices and give back to their profession while advancing in one’s career.
