Soccer Storms PepsiCo Showdown

Our Boys’ Varsity Soccer team was among 64 Illinois high school teams who worked to collect more than 5,600 sweatshirts and jackets as part of a charitable component of the annual PepsiCo Showdown Soccer tournament. Watch a recent WGN-TV piece featuring team Captain Joey Stern ’19 here

In addition to contributing to the “Buddy's Helpers” program with other teams, the Colonels were victorious in their initial four matches, advancing to the finals on Sunday, September 23 against Homewood-Flossmoor at 9:30 a.m. at the Robert Morris University Sports Complex.
