Student artists have been hard at work since their return from Thanksgiving Recess, and the many-colored products of their labors are currently on display in the Kupcinet gallery and beyond, making our campus that much brighter for the holiday season. Be sure to stop by the school to take in the following:
an interactive pair of paper wings featuring more than 150 individual feathers painted, cut and embellished by 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade students
a magnificent 6th grade mural inspired by the work of aboriginal artist Murdie Nampijinpa Morris, featuring a palate of student mixed and named colors
studies by 8th grade drawing students, including pop-ups, tree studies, manga and realistic faces, gradients and fades.
