Alum Receives Awards for Published Article

Parker is proud to report that Jeff Bendix ’72 received Gold Awards, for the article “Hidden costs: How bias harms patient care, and how doctors should respond” published in the December 2019 issue of Medical Economics, in this year’s regional and national categories of the American Society of Business Publication Editors Awards of Excellence competition. The article also won first place in the Features category of the 2020 All-Ohio Excellence in Journalism competition. When speaking on this honor, Bendix said, “I was thrilled, and honored, to receive awards in both competitions!”
