Big Siblings Little Siblings Morning Ex

The tradition of Big Siblings and Little Siblings is almost as old as Morning Exercise, and a change in venue wasn’t going to disrupt this tradition. The seniors entered the field to the strains of bagpipes and sat facing the rest of the school community.

Principal Dan Frank then called the seniors forward to serve as the elder “siblings” for each class in Junior Kindergarten through 8th grade. During the year, it is not uncommon to observe a senior with a younger “sibling” listening to a story, reading, tutoring or assisting on a class trip.
