A Fun Run for the Health of It
Recently, more than 15 student runners from our Intermediate School joined their Middle School peers on Parker’s Cross Country team to participate in the Latin Prep Classic invitational meet.
These 4th and 5th grade runners are members of the Parker Pacers, a completely voluntary running club that welcomes interested students of all fitness levels with a time and space to get their bodies moving Friday mornings before school starts.
The Latin Prep Classic meet was the Pacers’ first race this year, and participating students were amazing!
Parker Pacers is open to any 4th or 5th grade student with an interest on Fridays from 7:30 to 8 a.m. in Room 232 each week.
