First Grade Recipes for Thanksgiving Dinner

First grade students in Bev “Greenie” Greenberg’s classroom recently shared one of their family’s recipes for Thanksgiving dinner as the classroom readied itself for the upcoming holiday season. After thoughtful reflection, students dictated their tasty recipes to teachers Greenie and Ms. Josa, who thoughtfully scribed their words and paired them with students’ original illustrations and phonetic labeling. Greenie and Josa compiled these recipes together for you all in the “Soon to be Famous Recipes for Thanksgiving Dinner” cookbook!

The entire classroom’s efforts are available here to make everyone’s Thanksgiving celebration that much more joyful.
