Levenson Supercharges Rosenberg Lecture

Strong Skills Founder Brian Levenson visited Parker this week for a series of talks with the community as Parker’s 24th Annual Francine C. Rosenberg Memorial Lecturer.

Strong Skills provides executive coaching and mental performance coaching, speaking and consulting to elite organizations, performers and leaders. Levenson has been fortunate to work with CEOs; professional athletes and teams in the NBA, NHL and MLS, Division 1 Athletic Departments; the Federal Reserve; the Department of Homeland Security; and organizations such as Hilton, Disney, Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and many others. Thanks to the generosity of the Rosenberg family, Levenson shared his knowledge with the school community.

At a gathering with faculty following the school day, and at his public lecture for parents and community members in the evening, Levenson spoke passionately about the simple but powerful system he discovered after meeting and interviewing the world’s leaders across multiple walks of life. He realized, “Elite performers don’t rely on talent alone.” In fact, they shift between a preparation mentality and the performance brain. Levenson shared nine key mental tactics to “elevate your preparation and your performance like an elite performer.”

Levenson helped the audience realize that greatness and success don’t begin with what you do but how and when you prepare for these moments. Anyone in our community can watch the Rosenberg Lecture below.
