Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) Works with Upper School

On Friday, March 3, all Upper School spring student-athletes and coaches gathered to participate in a workshop provided by the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA).

The PCA workshop was “Honoring the Game: Social Media Use Elevating Yourself and Others.” Our teams examined more deeply athletes’ use of social media and its impact on the team and school community. Our students gained helpful knowledge and information they could immediately use in their athletic and personal lives. 

PCA's mission is to change the culture of youth sports so that every child, regardless of social or economic circumstance, has access to a positive youth sports experience. Parker has been a partner with PCA for more than 10 years.
