Seniors Flip for Flapjacks

On Wednesday, November 1—the date marking the earliest deadline for college applications—the class of 2018 gathered together in the Sheridan Family Café for a morning of food, fun and class cohesion as part of the fifth annual senior pancake breakfast.

At the event, 12th grade parents worked side by side with members of Chris Cakes Inc. doling out multiple servings of pancakes, fruit and breakfast comfort foods to help restore some much-needed sanity to these seniors’ lives.

Timed between November and December college application deadlines, this event provided seniors with an opportunity to relax, hang out together and celebrate the year thus far, in temporary respite from the stresses of the college search process.
