Tech Support

With all students learning remotely for the next few weeks, we want to make sure that the entire community has access to support with their technology needs.

The following support channels are available to all employees, students and parents. Please reach out with any questions you might have concerning technology use while away from school.

Email is the preferred method for contacting the Tech Department. A support ticket will be generated for each incoming email and a member of the Tech team will respond within one business day.

Zoom Video Chat

For the first two days of remote learning, the Tech Department will be hosting Zoom-based drop-in tech support.

In situations where online tools are unavailable, a call may be placed to the Tech Department. If no one is available to take your call, leave a voicemail with your questions. Support tickets are generated for each voicemail message and someone from the team will follow up accordingly.
