Upper School French classes enjoyed an outing to Lincoln Park’s Green City Farmers’ Market on Wednesday.
Students heard from Parker graduate Caroline Lieberman ’16, communications coordinator at Green City and spoke about the market’s initiatives in community support and food sustainability. Students engaged in discussions about French market culture and enjoyed many delicacies, including a nice selection of French pastries.
Francis W. Parker School educates students to think and act with empathy, courage and clarity as responsible citizens and leaders in a diverse democratic society and global community.
