In partnership with Francis W. Parker School, the Quest food service program is centered on the well-being of the students, faculty and staff they serve.
Quest is dedicated to using quality produce and meats and safe practices to provide the best flavor and nutrition in foods. Our kitchen prepares foods using classical production methods, whole products like seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables, never-frozen meats, a wide variety of beans cooked from scratch and unbleached, non-bromated flours.
Weekly menus are prepared with attention to allergies, including non-gluten breakfast and lunch options daily and clear labeling on all offerings.
Quest’s desire is for the kitchen and cafeteria to become an active and vital place at Parker. Through our work, we hope to share with students the difference that nutritious, wholesome and delicious lunchtime meals can make.
