Seventh Grade Returns to Pretty Lake

The 7th grade began their school year with an all-class retreat to a camp in Michigan. Students separated into their advisories and spent three days and two nights bonding and growing together as classmates and friends.

Students worked on activities that aimed to foster cooperation, self-reflection and trust with their peers, such as a high-ropes course, where students learned to overcome their fears and rely on their partners. However, no camping trip would be complete without tents, yurts, campfires and sing-alongs!
