Upper School English Teacher Stacey Gibson Honored with Fulbright U.S. Teacher Award
Please join Parker in congratulating Upper School English teacher Stacey Gibson on being honored with a prestigious Fulbright U.S. Teacher Award for the 2025–26 academic year. Gibson will be one of approximately 400 highly skilled teachers and administrators who participate in the Fulbright Teacher Exchanges this year.
Gibson’s participation in the Fulbright program begins in January and continues through the remainder of the 2025–26 school year. Stationed in Singapore, Gibson will create system-wide professional development programs to support educator retention and healthy work environments. She will research how schools support educators and school leaders with a special focus on her ongoing work, which aims to disrupt burnout and normalize organizational wellness at a time when schools and educators face increased scrutiny.
Gibson has asked me to share her deep gratitude to the Parker community for its ongoing encouragement and support for her research.
