“Weekly” Journalists Win Awards

Due to the strong journalistic work of juniors Miriam Johnson and Owen Zeller, the SNO (Student News Organization), which “showcases excellence in journalism,” honored them with a Best of SNO Award!

This prestigious award recognizes Johnson’s article, “1,000 and Counting,” which details how Brady Harris becomes the first junior in Parker history to reach 1,000 points in basketball. Zeller received recognition for his article, “A Very Visual Culture,” which focuses on the elective Creating Historical Documentaries.

Join Parker in congratulating Johnson and Zeller on this great honor!
