Community Shapes Future Together at Strategic Planning Design Day
More than 60 members of the school community came together to harness the collective power of their imaginations at Parker’s Strategic Planning Community Design Day.
Students, teachers, alumni, parents, guardians, board members and administrators collaborated in a workshop facilitated by Joe Romano from Leadership + Design that aimed to influence, inspire and inform the direction of Parker’s strategic plan.
Participants learned about work to date, reviewed summaries that have emerged, brainstormed initiatives the school might undertake and prototyped ideas for consideration in the final plan.
Following Design Day, the Strategic Plan Design Team will synthesize all of these ideas over the coming months as we converge on a plan for Parker’s future.
