Ceremony Details
Middle School Tribute to the Eighth Grade Class of 2020
Wednesday, June 3, 2020 | 6 pm. on Zoom
- Each 8th grade family may have up to FOUR unique Zoom logins. Please do not exceed four logins so there is room for all; families should share screens or connect devices to a TV.
- All students will receive their certificates of completion of Middle School ahead of the ceremony; Advisors will provide families with additional information about this soon.
- Families are encouraged to hold a special meal at home to honor their 8th Grader after the ceremony concludes (no later than 7 p.m.)
- We will hold an in-person reception and celebration for the 8th Grade Class of 2020 this summer, fall, or winter, as soon as the State of Illinois indicates large gatherings can be held safely. This is not a question of if, but when.
- Students may dress as they like for the Tribute ceremony. While there will be a moment when all 8th Graders who wish to will have their cameras on for applause, it will be a brief moment together as a class.
