Colonels Awarded in Holiday Tournaments

During Thanksgiving Recess, our Girls and Boys Varsity Basketball teams kicked off their seasons by participating in holiday tournaments.
Girls played in the Ridgewood High School tournament against seven other high school teams. Boys also competed against seven other teams in the Battle of the Bridge tournament hosted by DePaul Prep.
Two of our Colonels, team captains Anna Swanson, a senior, and Miles Johnson, a junior, were honored by being selected to the all-tournament team. Swanson scored a career-high 29 points in her game against Walther Christian Academy. Johnson averaged 13.8 ppg and made 14 3-pointers during the tournament.
Congratulations to Swanson and Johnson and their teams for all of the hard work so far this season.
