Young Women of Color Symposium

The Young Women of Color Symposium is a leadership conference for 6th–12th grade, self-identified young women of color in the Chicagoland area. In order to protect, support and empower young women of color, Francis W. Parker School and Loyola Academy have partnered to create a space for conversation, connection and community.
Alicia is the founder and COO of Ad Grants Pilot, a VC-backed AI SaaS platform automating Google Ad Grants for nonprofits. She brings 15 years of award-winning digital leadership, including roles with President Obama's 2012 re-election campaign, msnbc.com, and the Innocence Project—where, as the organization's first Digital Engagement Director, she built a program that won 10+ awards and led campaigns that helped stop the executions of innocent people. At Ad Grants Pilot, she leads enterprise sales. She is a graduate of Brown University and a 2020 Center for Urban Professionals Fellow.
