As parents and students prepare to return to school this fall, we at Quest understand there are many evolving questions and concerns.

I would like to take this opportunity to explain our plan from a food service perspective to ensure the highest standard of safety while providing quality, scratch made meals during this time.

Quest employees are trained on new safety protocols according to the CDC guidelines, including daily temperature checks upon arrival, mandatory masks and face shields, social distancing and extensive cleaning and sanitizing procedures. Snacks and lunch meals will be individually wrapped, sealed and delivered directly to classrooms.

Quest will be providing lunch options for 4th–8th grade students. Meals will be pre-ordered a week in advance using a Google Form that will be sent out weekly. Quest employees will deliver the individually sealed meals to each class.

Quest Food Management makes every attempt to identify allergens in our food production. We do not use peanuts, tree nuts or sesame in our kitchen. Please be advised that our menu items may contain allergens, may have come in contact with items containing allergens, and there is always a risk of contamination or cross-contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation or substitute at any time, without notice.

Non-gluten, vegetarian and non-dairy options will be available when requested. An option to do so will be available on the Google Form. Student accounts will be charged daily for the meals ordered. Please visit myschoolbucks.com to set up an account. We are unable to accept cash payments at this time. Students are not required to order meals and are welcome to bring a lunch from home provided it follows Parker’s guidelines described in the student handbook.

The Servery will be open to Faculty and Staff only for breakfast and lunch.

We understand this is a difficult time for everyone. We hope to provide peace of mind, nourishment, and support while we all continue to adjust to these changing times. Feel free to contact me with your question and concerns.

Best,
